Please submit this form at the end of the call. To protect your time (and to manage client's expectations), let them know that you have about 15 questions to ask and that calls usually take between 30-60 minutes to complete (no more than an hour).

Note: To minimize matching delays, avoid asking clients if there's a specific time when they'd like their IMs to check-in each day (IMs can confirm their expected time frames with the client on the Intro Call).
