Our Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

The first step takes just 20-30 minutes. You tell us what your support needs are, we explain how our service works and you ask any questions you have.

Step 2: Screen Share

This second call is for you to show us your inboxes. We look at what types of messages you receive and gain more insight on how to run your inboxes for you. You can also ask any additional questions.

Step 3: The Handover

The handover takes 30-60 days. After you submit your payment, we carefully match you with a dedicated Inbox Manager who will immediately begin working with you to take over your inboxes. Full Handover Breakdown »

Step 4: Ongoing Inbox Management

After the handover is complete, you will feel confident in how we handle your inboxes, and we will know how much work is involved to keep your inboxes organized and running smoothly. Your monthly plan price may increase or decrease at this stage based on workload.

Security?
We use shared password management tools like LastPass to access your email without ever seeing your passwords. We also connect via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to secure our devices when working on your email.

Cancellation?
You can request to cancel your subscription any time. Contracts are month-to-month and each month is prepaid in advance. If you decide to cancel, you keep the knowledge base, templates and systems we built for you at no extra charge. 

What Can We Do?
As long as it goes into your email inbox, we can do it for you. We need your commitment to help us learn how to handle your email, but once the handover is complete, we work to minimize your involvement as much as possible. We can even take over your LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook inboxes.

Privacy?
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We've created custom service contracts especially for the unique work we do, which outline privacy responsibilities for our inbox managers. Your inbox manager (who has already gone through several stages of vetting by us) can also sign any NDAs you provide.

Cost?
Our pricing is based on how much work is required to manage your email workload. Your monthly fee may go up or down based on how much help you need from us. 

Who's In My Inbox?
Your inbox manager remains the same person who you work with directly. Like any staff member, they will take holidays. On the rare occasions where we may need to assign you a new inbox manager, we have systems in place to make these transition periods as seamless as possible.
