This monthly update form is designed to help us give you the support you need to do well in your role and enjoy your work at InboxDone.

Your responses will be delivered to an inbox that can only be accessed and reviewed by our CEO, Client Manager, Support Manager and Matching Manager.

Rest assured, the information provided in these forms will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of providing you with support. We will speak with you before taking action on any feedback provided on this form.

Once this form is submitted, we will reach out to you in Slack to chat about anything you’ve raised here.

Please remember, you can invoice InboxDone for up to 30 minutes to complete this form. If it’s taking longer, that’s a sign there’s a lot to cover, and we’d be happy to hop on a call to support you! Just let us know if you want a 1:1 in the corresponding field below.
