Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit place for all client calls with very little background noise and no interruptions. Since the Intro Call is the client's first impression of us, our goal is to be both professional and personable at all times and view every interaction with the client as an opportunity to build their trust in us.
Please submit this form after your Intro Call ends (on the same day) after all of the tasks below are completed.
After you set up the client's Weekly Call in Google Calendar (as a recurring event), submit a Weekly Call form after each weekly call going forward.
Strategy Calls do not include the client and are used to offer you support and for your Training Manager to track your progress. Each training call has a set objective and item due and these should all be scheduled with your Training Manager upfront on the same day as the Intro Call.
