Job Description

Primary Tasks:

Process new sales call bookings using our CRM, Slack and email autoresponder tools.

Follow-up with prospects after they complete a sales call using phone calls, email, text and LinkedIn.

Research and setup new software and AI tools to increase sales.

Build relationships and move prospects to next step (strong sales and copywriting skills are essential)

Secondary Tasks:

Post content to our social media channels

Basic video editing (clipping only) to create short clips from our testimonial videos

⁠Other marketing and sales tasks that mostly require a good grasp of sales/copywriting

 

Availability & Requirements

• Available 3hrs per day (M-F), ideally between 9am-5pm EST, but other North American business hours will be considered

Access to Zoom, Slack, stable high-speed internet, and a quality microphone and camera

Sales background, ideally phone sales and email copywriting

• Conversion-orientated, but not pushy

• Can learn our current Discovery Call formula, test it, then improve it

• Enjoys studying latest sales strategies to learn new ideas

Friendly phone presentation, warms to people easily

• Ability to empathize with potential clients, what they fear about handing over email, what the process will be like for them, etc.

• Remains professional at all times, exudes 'trustworthy'

Can learn the details of how our executive assistants work with clients, especially how the team handles common 'tricky' situations (like segregating private information, how to share access to client systems, etc.)

• Able to propose solutions on the fly for unique situations without making commitments the team can't deliver

• Able to solve problems independently, yet understands the need to ask for help to fill knowledge gaps

• Broad general understanding of small business software (know the names and general purpose of platforms like Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, SalesForce, ClickUp, Monday, Front, Superhuman, etc.)
 

Remuneration & Benefits

• Hourly rate ($20/hr USD) + commission

• Create your own schedule

• Work directly with the InboxDone co-founder to gain inside experience
